unexplained fever/sore throat. Any advice?

First and foremost, I am well aware yahoo answers is not the way to go when you're concerned about your well being... Yet, I have gone to the doctor so many times with no positive outcome, I figured I'd reach out and ask if anyone has had same experiences/any advice.
I'm a 25 year old female. Was incredibly healthy about four months ago, never was sick for more than a day in my entire life...
Four months ago I started to feel run down with a sore throat and low grade fever. My temperature never gets higher than 100.4, yet, my normal temp is around 97.1, so it's quite high for me.. I have been to the doctor countless of times and have received immense amounts of antibiotics. Penicillin orally and shot, amoxicillin, bactrum, erythromicin, clindomycin, cipro and zpack (I'm sure these are spelled incorrectly, sorry!)... Which is a ridiculous amount of medicine considering before this, I was only on antibiotics once in my life, which was in third grade! Same symptoms, nothing has helped. I've had a lot of blood work, in which everything comes back normal. A lot of times I feel like it could be allergies because my throat itches along with eyes and even ears at times. My doctor told me it couldn't be because allergies wouldn't cause the fever..
On my last visit to the doctor he tried to tell me maybe I was just depressed and I'm not sick at all... I was furious. I am a very positive person, work full time, volunteer, work hard to stay in shape/eat healthy...
I'm running out of options and meanwhile, I truly do not feel good/have a low grade fever...

Gross Hematuria (blood in urine)?
May- blood in urine, hospital diagnosis- UTI
June- blood in urine, doctor diagnosis- UTI
July- blood in urine, hospital diagnosis- UTI
Now- blood in urine, not able to see a doctor yet.
Recurring, UTI or something more? There is no usual urine color it is pure red, seeming to be pure blood.
I use the bathroom within five minutes after sex, keep myself clean and was clean for STD's as of my last pap smear and my boyfriend is clean as well.
Is it possible that the UTI just is not being taken care of by the antibiotics? (cipro each time) Or could it be something more that they aren't catching?
My doctor just runs in the room, says I have it throws a script at me and leaves.
Was told to see a urologist, I refuse to see a male one which is all there is around me, any other suggestions?
The antibiotics are only two pills a day for a week, AGAIN. It's not going to work. (answers)
